Tina understands the complexities of life and the importance of a work-life balance. As a full-time Professor, researcher, Ph.D. student, wife and most importantly, mom of three teenage girls, she is constantly working on finding the perfect balance. Tina firmly believes in doing the necessary practices that instill energy, and spiritual connection and sustains a positive attitude and ability to move through life.
